Mr. Brijesh K. Patel (Joint Managing Director)
Mr. Brijesh Patel is the Jt. Managing Director of the Company and responsible for design, develop and implement the strategic plans for project execution in the cost effective and time efficient manner. He holds Bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in Mechanical from Pune, India. He joined company in the year 2001 and fostering the company’s various techno-commercial aspects of Building, Civil and Construction Segment of the company.
Mr. Mrunal K. Patel (Joint Managing Director)
Mr. Mrunal Patel is the Jt. Managing Director of the Company and holds the bachelor’s degree in engineering with specialization in Information Technology from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India. He joined Montecarlo in 2004 by transforming the traditional construction business practices into adoption of new age generation technologies and establishing Information Network between all project sites of the company across India. He is currently responsible for projects under Power Segment of the company along with development of business plans, process and long term future strategies for the company.
Mr. Naresh P. Suthar (Executive Director)
Mr. Naresh Suthar is an Executive Director of the Company and holds Diploma in Civil Engineering. With a plentiful experience of more than 25 years in the construction industry, he currently oversees technical, commercial, execution and project related matters of Irrigation and Water Supply Projects of the company across India along with planning, tendering, formulation of policies and monitoring claims and contracts of the company.
Mr. Suhas Joshi (Whole Time Director)
Mr. Suhas Joshi is Director of the Company and holds Degree in Civil Engineering from MS University, Baroda in 1977. He is Co-founder Ex. MD of JMC Projects (I) Ltd. Have experience of more than 36 years in Construction Management, Procurement, Building & Factories, Road, Bridges, BOT, Urban Infrastructure, IT Park, Power Plants. He is currently responsible for Business Development, Corporate Affairs and setting up the Water and Building & Factories Segment in the company.
Mr. Ajay Mehta (Independent Director)
A Commerce Graduate with Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has a rich experience of over 25 years as executive with renowned Groups like JMC, Torrent, and Companies in United States. He brings a wealth of experience in the area of Operations, Finance and Project Management.
Mr. Ketan Mehta (Independent Director)
A Practicing Chartered Accountant by profession and a Partner of M/s Mehta Sheth & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He is actively associated for the Audit assignments of large engineering and Contracting companies, Electronics Companies, Large NGOs, Central Statutory Audit of Regional Rural Banks.
Mrs. Malini Ganesh (Independent Director)
An Advocate from Chennai with 42 years of professional experience and expertise in litigation matters, consumer disputes and arbitration matters relating to various engineering, construction and infrastructure projects. She also offers Contract Management Consultancy for engineering, construction and infrastructure projects.
