With a vision, dynamism and endeavour of Mr. Kanubhai M. Patel, the founder chairman of Montecarlo Limited, had Innovative approach; Engineering skills and abiding faith in people and their abilities, with steadfast determination to build the nation, bring Montecarlo into existence on March 20, 1995 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With increasing business activities and globalization of the Infrastructure Industry, the company was subsequently converted into a closely held public limited company of April 21, 2006 with an authorized share capital of Rs. 5.00 Crore.
